1.Dedicated Consultant
Every client at Jobslink is assigned a consultant is the key contact person, which based on client’s industry and specialize of the position requested
4.Select process
The consultant will search our database for suitable candidates. We will also advertise the job in our corporate website and public media. Potential candidates will be interviewed and accessed by our consultant before submission to our clients.
7.Reference check
When clients initially confirm the recommended candidate. We will check candidate reference and background search by our standard checklist.
2.Know Client
The consultant has to know client’s industry, business, background and company’s culture etc. It enable us to find candidates who fit the company’s environments.
5.Short listing
The short list of candidates presented to our client represents the culmination of many hours of work and interviewing by our consultant. Sometime, short listed candidates might not meet all of the criteria laid down by our client, but represent the best available choices.
8.Placement fee
Debit note will issue to our clients when the candidate’s commencement of employment and the amount will be billed according to the term and condition of service.
3.Job order and descriptions
The consultant will assess the job order and the position requirement and advise salary ranges and employee benefit etc. It will attract better candidates.
6.Client interview
We are encouraged clients to interview recommended candidates as soon as possible since many qualified candidates often receive more than an offer from other source. Our office is available to client for confidential interview at no cost, if requested.
9.Follow up
Our consultants will handover the employment offer and monitor the progress of placed candidates. If the recommended candidate leave within guarantee period, a complimentary replacement will be provided.
